Claudio Rivero is one of our new agents to SFBA and brings 8 years of experience as a licensed realtor. Claudio is a native of New Orleans and moved to Miami for the sun and sand. He is an expert in the Downtown Miami Beach and Brickell rental and sale market. He also helps property owners who need assistance with distressed sales, and short sales. Claudio likes to help prospective new renters and buyers in making the process of finding a new home or condo to rent and buy as worry free as possible. Claudio is very knowledgeable in preparing rental contract and contract for sale.

He has also served as condo board president at the One Miami, and worked as an assistant property manager at the Club at Brickell bay. If there is a question that you may have about any condo here in the downtown area Claudio can answer it for you. Claudio also speaks Spanish and Italian, and some Portuguese. He is currently attending NOVASOUTHEASTERUNIVERSITY in seeking an MBA, also in the process preparing for his CAM exam which is the license needed to work as a property manager here in Florida.
